Program:

We have two different programs for students (youth) and scholars (structure of camp include two separate territories - students and scholars). Schedule of the day for each group also different. Mean times both programs include theoretical lessons, workshops of all kind of arts reheasals of show, excursion of Jewish (and other interesting) places of Ukraine, sport activities, swimming, fishing, boating, creative games, creating games, hiking etc. The program is the result of cooperation with Klezfest in Ukraine 2005, Institute of Judaic Studies and Hillel.

Activities:

Lessons, rehearsals, workshops, seminars, discussion, sport activities, swimming, fishing, boating, creative games, creating games, hiking, disco, etc.

Jewish learning

Jewish Art, Tradition, Culture, History, Leaders Training, Ulpan (Hebrew - three different levels), Literature, Shabbat (Orthodox)

Workshops

Master-classes with famous artist: singing, choir, Jewish dance (ballet), puppet show, pantomime (mime), klezmer-classes and theatre.

Sports

Street-basketball, Badminton, Table-Tennis, Mini-Football, Volleyball

Accommodation:

For students (youth, 18-25) rooms for 2-3 persons, one toilet and showers for each two rooms, hot and cold water any time. Refrigerator in each room.

For scholars rooms for 4-5 persons, for each 4 rooms - large sanitary rooms with three toilet and showers

Characteristics of the place:

Beautiful Resort Place, 25 km from Kiev without radiation and ecology problems, 90000sq.m, all territory situated in forest place, lake near the camp with beach. The territory of camp include three-floors house for students, with comfortable rooms with showers, kitchen and eating-room, classes for learning, billiard and table games rooms.We have two two-floors houses for scholars with comfortable rooms. Cultural centre with concert hall for 200 places, library, gym, kitchen, eating room and three multifunction halls. Also at the territory we have two opening stage, sport grounds for Street-basketball, Badminton, Table Tennis, Mini-Football, Volleyball. Medical service is available.

Jewish Orientation of the Camp:

Zionist, Secular, Jewish art and culture Camp with respect of Jewish traditions, Celebration Shabat with orthodox style.

Food: kosher

Kosher under supervision of Orthodox Mashgiah, five meals per day, menu includes fresh vegetables and fruits, fish, meat as well as diary from very experience chief.

CONDITIONS OF ENROLLMENT

All decisions of the Executive Committee are final. The Executive Committee will notify applicants of its decision by e-mail (mail, fax).
Camp fees may be refunded under the following conditions:
(a) If the camper is ill prior to going to camp, then a doctor's certificate attesting to such illness must be sent by registered mail to the registration office, with request for a refund of camp fees. The maximum amount refundable under this clause shall not exceed 66% - 2/3 of all camp fees.
(b) No refund will be given in the instance where a camper arrives later than the specified starting date of the camp session.
(c) No refund will be made in the instance where a camper leaves, or is asked to leave earlier than the specified date of departure of the camper's camp session, unless at the camp director's behest, due to illness or other causes. In such event a refund will be allowed.
(d) In the event that a camper voluntarily leaves prior to the date of departure of the camper's camp session NO REFUND will be made.

The example of campers Medical Form is enclosed (see Forms). This Form or another Medical Form like it (legal in your country) must be returned, signed and attested to by a medical doctor, at least a week before the camp's departure date. No camper will be allowed to camp without a Medical Form.
Every one camper must insure oneself like a tourist.
Camp will not be responsible for damage to or loss of clothing of the personal belongings of any camper resulting from fire, water, theft, laundry loss etc.. Camp assumes no responsibility for baggage shipped through any transportation company.
Camp will make every effort to ensure the health, safety, and well being of every camper. However, it will not be responsible for any injury of health impairment of any camper.
Camp assumes no responsibilities for pre-existing illness, doctor visits, or medical expenses of campers.
The camper, his parents, relatives or sponsors agree to abide by all rules and regulations set by the camp director for the health, safety, and welfare of the campers. This includes strict adherence to camp regulations that visiting by parents, friends, or relatives be limited to the days set aside for visiting days. Absolutely NO ONE will be allowed on campgrounds on any other day.
Camp reserves the right to send home any camper due to their inability to adjust or is unable to function adequately or comply with the rules and regulations of the camp. In such case NO REFUND WILL BE MADE.
Rules and regulations of the camp are differ for divisions (age 12-18 and age 18-25)

MAIN RULLS and REGULATIONS (age 12-18)

1. Camper is obliged to observe the program of session and schedule.
2. Camper is obliged to submit to instructions of administration of camp, his madrih and teachers and validly to concern to the comrades and camp staff.
3. Camper has not the right to leave territory of camp independently. All excursions, hiking in a wood or on a beach, walks etc, connected to leave for territory of camp, are made only in structure of group, led by her madrih.
4. It is strictly forbidden to smoke, drink alcohol and to use drugs.
5. The administration of camp reserves the right to itself to supplement these rules with other rules, which are necessary for observing in children's Jewish camp and which are ordered by the current legislation of Ukraine.

MAIN RULLS and REGULATIONS (age 18-25)

1. Camper is obliged to observe the program of session and schedule.
2. Camper had to keep to instructions of administration of camp, his madrih and teachers and validly to concern to the comrades and camp staff.
3. Camper independently may leave territory of camp, but only from the sanction of administration or his madrih. All excursions, hiking in a wood or on a beach, walks etc, connected to leave for territory of camp, are made only in structure of group, led by her madrih.
4. It is strictly forbidden to use drugs. It is authorized to smoke only in the places allocated for it.
5. The administration of camp reserves the right to itself to supplement these rules with other rules, which are necessary for observing in youth Jewish camp and which are ordered by the current legislation of Ukraine.

Permission is herby given for photographs and/or videos to be taken of me (my child) and used for promotional material.

** PLEASE NOTE: Insurance does not cover any medical treatment. It would, therefore, have to be covered by the campers insurance company or by his parents. These fees will be reflected on your statement. Nevertheless, in camp there is a medical worker to whom camper may address for first-aid treatment always free-of-charge. If necessary camper may be delivered in hospital for the further treatment which should be provided with his insurance policy.
